The creative behind Pink Petal BTS.

Founded in December 2023, Pink Petal BTS was born from a deep love for visual storytelling and an obsession with how memories deserve to be relived, not just captured. Shot entirely on iPhone with a cinematic, editorial eye, our work has been featured in People and Hello Magazine, and named a two-time finalist for Arizona Bride's Best of Arizona (2025 & 2026).

Our mission is simple: let couples stay fully present on their wedding day, then hand them something they'll return to again and again. With next-day delivery and a vertical, cinematic format built for how memories actually get relived, your love story doesn't just get documented, it gets felt.

Based in California and available to travel wherever your journey takes you, we can't wait to help preserve the moments you'll cherish forever.

STEP BY STEP:

STEP ONE
Reach out through the inquiry form and let's get to know each other. We'll hop on a consultation call to chat through your vision and all the little details that make your day yours. From there, we'll send over a custom contract — your date is officially yours once it's signed and the retainer (50% of your total) is paid.
STEP TWO
About two weeks before your big day, we'll send over a short questionnaire to help us finalize the details. think timeline, key moments, people to know, anything special you want us to be watching for. If you'd like to hop on a final planning call to walk through it together, just let us know and we'll get it scheduled.
STEP THREE
On the day itself, we're there capturing it all — the big moments, the quiet in-betweens, the ones you won't even remember happening until you see them again. From the first look to the last dance, nothing gets missed.
STEP FOUR
The next day, we'll text you your gallery link via Clipflo — fully organized into folders so everything's easy to find. Edited reels follow shortly after, ready for you to relive, share, and fall in love with your day all over again.

  • A wedding content creator is focused on immediacy. Delivering your day in vertical, iPhone-shot format, built for exactly how you'll watch it back: on your phone, in your hand, the next day. Photographers and videographers create beautifully crafted final products, but those typically take weeks or months to arrive. We work on a different timeline entirely. You'll have next-day content to start reliving your day right away, with your fully edited videos following within days to a week.

    Think of it less as a replacement for traditional photo and video, and more as the piece that lets you feel your wedding again immediately, while the rest of your story is still being crafted.

  • Every gallery is a full sensory replay of your day: getting ready, family moments, candid laughter, happy tears, and the quiet in-between glances that are easy to miss in the moment. You'll have it all in hand the next day, ready to relive long before your photos and video are back.

    Want a preview before you book? Just ask, and we'll send over a sample gallery so you can see exactly what to expect.

  • We move through your day present, but never intrusive. Shooting entirely on iPhone with up to 8x zoom, we hang back a step or two from your photo and video teams, giving you a completely unobtrusive experience while still getting every angle that matters. The result: footage that feels effortless, natural, and true to how your day actually unfolded.

  • Your content is delivered next-day through ClipFlo, a beautifully organized gallery that pulls directly from your private Dropbox folder, so you get an elevated viewing experience without losing any of Dropbox's reliability. You'll have access to your gallery for 90 days, so be sure to save everything before then.

    For added peace of mind, we also send a USB-C drive with your full collection, so you'll always have a physical backup and never have to worry about downloading everything in time.

  • Absolutely! We love adventure, and we're ready to follow wherever your love leads: whether it's local in California, across the country, or halfway around the world. We've shot weddings all around Arizona and Southern California, as well as out in Florida, and we already have a few out-of-country weddings booked.
